In case you were wondering...

I have become a total blog slacker (or a slacking blogger - a slogger!). I have no real excuse other than laziness. I fell out of the habit and have found it hard to get back in. (That is exactly what has happened with my gym regime too, but I am only going to tackle one task at a time).

Anyway, for those of you who were concerned (and, yes, a couple of people did email me), I'm fine. I'm still a little sad, but not as much as I was. I'm hoping that its isn't anything that a bit of time can't fix. I occasionally slip into fairy-tale mode and think that life is full of happy endings, and then I bruise a bit when things don't happen the way I think they should. Oh well.

On a different subject: no, I will not wink at you just because you asked me to. You need to earn it. Trust me, it just isn't effective when you are expecting it.

Oh, and, it's rainy season. Apparently that started when I was back in the states. And it hasn't really stopped since. Yesterday was sunny, but every other day for the past week has been gray and wet. Lovely.

Well, I think those are about the only loose ends I need to tie up for now.
